Strawberry Chiffon Cake

5 egg white
75g sugar
1 tspn corn flour

Beat all untill soft peak. Set aside.

5 egg yolk
25g sugar
1 tbspn honey

80g corn oil

100g strawberry fruit
3 tbspn natural yogurt
20g water

Blend the strawberry fruit with yogurt and water.  Set aside

100g cake flour
8 fresh strawberry chopped

Beat in egg and sugar until pale yellow, add in honey, corn oil. strawberry puree and stir.
Pour in flour, stir again and add in chopped strawberry. Fold in white egg mix together.
Bake 55 minutes 170c
