Sweet Honey Chiffon Cake

(A)
5 eggs yolk
25g sugar
1/2 tspn salt
2 tspn honey

Beat in egg and sugar untill pale yellow color, add in salt and honey beat again. set aside

(B)
80g water
80g corn oil

Pour into the yellow batter,stir well. Divide this batter into 2.

(C)
100g cake flour

Put in flour into 1 bowl and stir until the mixture thick. set aside

(D)
25g cake flour
25g cocoa powder

Sif together, add into the other mixture and set aside.

(E)
5 egg white
75g sugar
1 tspn corn flour

Beat all this ingredient and fold into the plain batter and cocoa batter. Pour into the baked pan,
pre heat oven 170c, baked for 55 minutes.
